About the wine
Give yourself and your guests a treat for the senses with the first-class Sauvignon IGP from 2015! The winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Pierpaolo Pecorari masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Friuli.
Tasting note
Bright pale yellow color. In the complex bouquet, the characteristic notes of green tomato leaves are present but not overdosed. On the palate, the pure, extremely fresh fruit is pleasing. A harmonious, varietal Sauvignon.
Vinification
After fermentation, the wine is left to rest on fine yeast in steel tanks for 7 months.
