About the wine
With this provocative Sauvignon Blanc 2016 — Sauvignon DOC Classico, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Italian winery Abbazia di Novacella masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and picturesque landscape of South Tyrol. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sauvignon Blanc with mussels or goat cheese.
Tasting note
A particularly memorable white wine. The scent is reminiscent of elderberry, nettle and bell pepper. Refreshing and lively on the palate, with pleasant fullness and a mineral, juicy flavor.

Very good aperitif wine. It is recommended with vegetarian starters, soups, pasta dishes, asparagus and grilled fish.
