Tasting note
Expressive aromas with ripe lemon and grapefruit and subtle hints of wet stone and herbs. Powerful, voluminous and mouth-filling on the palate. Aromas of passion fruit, gooseberries and some stone fruit, herbs and a fine, dry finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sushi, fish, seafood, salad and asparagus.
Vinification
100% stainless steel tank. The grapes from the 5 different vineyards were first processed separately. It was only at the end that the batches were combined to create the desired wine experience.
