About the wine
Grape varieties: Only Sauvignon grapes. The squeezed and destemmed grapes are subjected to a 12-hour cold maceration to facilitate the extraction of aromas, followed by gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation.
Tasting note
A pale yellow wine with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense with aromatic notes of elderberry, fig leaf and grapefruit. elderberry, fig leaf and grapefruit. The taste is dry, full-bodied and pleasantly sour.
