Tasting note
This white wine thrives on glacial limestone soils. With its lemon-yellow color, it has an unmistakably intense scent of gooseberries, currants, elderberries, lilacs and grass. On the nose, it has a very fruity and intense aroma, and the taste is dry with a fine balance of acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Sauvignon Blanc Saxum passt bestens zu Fisch, Geisskäse und weissem Fleisch. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 10°-12°C.
