Tasting note
This Sauvignon Blanc is compact and unmistakable in its aroma. On the nose as well as on the palate, it bridges the gap between fruitiness and spiciness, the latter being characterized by tart herbal spices such as nettle, basil and thyme. The fruit is rather exotic with passion fruit, lychee and guava. Its tartness can be felt on the palate with a slight filling sensation. A racy Sauvignon Blanc!
