Tasting note
It has a bright yellow-gold color, a bouquet that is characterized by summery and tropical fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) and roasted vanilla on the palate. It presents itself as complex, balanced and well-structured and benefits from its association with wood.

Vinification
This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc, which is grown in several blocks of the estate's vineyards. After skin contact when cold, it is fermented in French oak barrels and then aged on the yeast for a few months.
