About the wine

The wine-growing regions of the Cottinelli winery extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Sauvignon Blanc with mussels or fish.
Tasting note
A straw-yellow Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, you can feel the freshness of citrus fruits and honeydew melons. There is a cheeky fresh acidity on the palate. The aftertaste is very fruity and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, salads, vegetable dishes, soft cheeses and white meats.
Vinification
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully picked and destemmed by hand. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Some of Sauvignon Blanc is pressed without breaking down acids.
