About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian WINERY Tenuta Atzei masters this white wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Sardinia. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Vermentino with an aperitif or light meals.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, you will find a variety of aromas ranging from typical vine rosemary to elderflowers, white flesh, yellow fruits and lychee. The taste is soft at the beginning, then spicy and lively, with a good structure and excellent balance. The aftertaste is long-lasting and pleasant, with fine and typical bitter notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh bottarga, vegetable pate, shellfish, seafood, grilled or cooked fish dishes, and pecorino cheese.
