About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this dominant Pinot Noir 2014 — Santenay Rouge La Comme 1er Cru AC! The calcareous, gravelly soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Pinot Noir with salmon or red meat.

Tasting note
Medium-density ruby red. Subtle on the nose, scent of ripe, red and black berries, spicy notes. On the palate, velvety tannins, medium-weight and harmonious. Takes time to develop.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with veal, poultry, cheese.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in an open wooden fermentation stand, further aging for around 10 months in barriques.
