About the wine
The family-run estate has only existed for two generations, and yet the 47-hectare winery is already one of the best and most respected producers in the region, which is definitely a surprise in French viticulture, which goes and forth in a very classic and traditional way, and once again underlines the great class of the domain. The steep vineyards have been cultivated biodynamically for over 10 years, which has given the wines even more finesse and aromatic expression.

Tasting note
Noble origin, warm but distinctive appearance, slim. Very soft, calm fruit, strawberry, very noble, upright, discreet, almost strict, flint, mineral, ethereal notes. On the palate, transparent and delicately annoying, fresh red fruit, spicy acidity, firm touch, spicy, long, fresh finish. Shows unequivocally his noble origins from the Silex soil. Extraordinary Pinot!
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Sancerre rouge Belle Dame AOC BIO harmoniert bestens mit rotem Fleisch, Käse und Ente.
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation, maturing for one year each in barrels and tanks, then two years in the bottle, only very slight fining.
