Tasting note
Lemon balm, orange blossom, a trace of flint, lime and white peach are the odors of this crisp, racy, spicy and tart wine. The taste includes the intense aromas of passion fruit and grapefruit with a touch of acacia honey. Supported by a noticeable minerality, it stays pleasantly long on the palate and impresses with its great freshness.
