Sunny and picturesque landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery G. & J. Guillerault conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Sauvignon Blanc is ideal to be served with goat cheese or mussels.
Tasting note
Aromas of ripe, yellow fruits and the exuberant scents of white flowers such as elderberry are already seductive on the nose. On the palate, this Sancerre is opulent with a nice complexity and breadth. The juicy acidity and the slight extract sweetness make this wine lively and a good accompaniment to food. The grapes for this Sancerre come from the famous Chêne Marchand vineyard in the municipality of Bué.
