About the wine
Salorino is a small village at the foot of Monte Generoso. Nicola Corti plants Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, among others, here on terraces. Salorino is part of the municipality of Mendrisio.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Vineyable scent with notes of berries and cocoa nuances. Full and warm, harmonious and balanced. Clean aromas of dark fruits, finely woven toasted and vanilla notes from the wood. Elegant palate flow, long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It is particularly suitable for Ticino cuisine, but also for festive meals. Also perfect with grilled meats, lamb and game as well as hard cheese.
Vinification
The expansion took place in a steel tank.
