About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Domiziano San Marco masters this white wine with sensitivity and sensitivity in the sunny and blooming countryside of Apulia. Tasting note
Nice golden yellow color. On the nose, intense and complex aromas of ripe fruits such as pineapple, apricot and banana. Full-bodied on the palate with a mild freshness and an aftertaste of honey and vanilla. Uncomplicated drinking pleasure.

Vinification
The selected Chardonnay grapes are harvested in August. After draining, a cool fermentation takes place at 4 °C for 2 days. The wine then goes into French oak barrels, where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Finally, short aging in oak barrels and in the bottle.
