About the wine
The tradition of sake - a veteran of time writing, over 1000 years old! Beer and sake are basically produced using the same principles. But the basic ingredients are different, here it is not hops and malt, but rice, water and koji (yeast) that are mashed. Heavensake selects its sake and only has it created by the most renowned and oldest breweries. Junmai is the word - Junmai is the philosophy!
Tasting note
Baby sake, sake, baby! Why not sake instead of a bouquet when you can have the flowers in a glass? So light, ethereal, delicate, just in touch with the flowers - crisp. Sake for everyone and for every day.
Vinification
Blend aus verschiedenen Junmai Ginjo (sehr guter Sake) von Hakushika. Reispoliergrad 50-60%.
