About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this powerful Shiraz 2019 — Saint-Joseph AC La Croix des Vinges. The winemaker from the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné grows this wine in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this shiraz with game or roasted vegetables.

Bouquet of cherries, wild berries and floral notes. A well-structured wine, with a velvety elegance and fine tannins on a long, mineral finish.

Vinification
The pure Syrah is harvested by hand in small boxes. The extraction takes 4 weeks. The wine is aged in 20% new French oak barrels.
