About the wine
Saint-Joseph is the second-largest wine-growing region in the northern part of the French Rhône Valley. The appellation area is 60 kilometers long on the right bank of the Rhone and comprises 26 municipalities
Tasting note
Deep red, almost black, robe with bright reflections. On the nose, typical notes of wild berries, blackberries and cassis. The wine offers a breathtaking expression of the granitic terroir. Wonderfully balanced and fresh on the palate with a lovely richness of aromas, fine tannins and a consistent and long-lasting finish. A classic Saint-Joseph, where Syrah can develop its character excellently.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, game dishes and meat with sauce.
