About the wine
With the special Sablet rouge Les deux Anges from 2016, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Cabasse greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside.
Tasting note
On the one hand, its freshness and, on the other hand, its richness, characterized by lots of ripe fruit, are remarkable. Its aroma alone makes saliva flow: strawberry jam, cassis, pepper and the scent of Christmas stollen fresh out of the oven. The full body absorbs the tannins well, so that the wine appears compact and balanced. With lots of melting, its flavor lasts a long time on the palate.
