Tasting note
Dense ruby red. Shows a strong minerality typical of the terroir. Notes of cloves, pepper, blackberries and dried fruits. Strong but soft start, wide and dense middle section with well-integrated tanning agents. Present aromas of cinnamon and blackberries. Long-lasting and soft aftertaste.
Vinification
Partial extraction of the juice from the unfermented mash and a long maceration contact during fermentation ensure the outstanding structure of this wine. It is stored for 12 months in mainly new barriques.
