About the wine
The powerful white wine 2016 — Rueda Verdejo alegra Do is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Picturesque and enchanting landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery De Andres Sisters conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Verdejo can be served very well with vegetable rice or fish dishes.

Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and herbs. Refreshing, very balanced acidity on the palate, medium-weight body, distinctive aroma of pome fruit and citrus fruits, complemented by mineral and slightly grassy notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, summer dishes and asparagus.
