About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this dominant Cabernet Franc 2019 — Ruben Vin de France! The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Bobinet masteres this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and sunny landscape of the Loire. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Franc with Geisskäse or meatballs with tomato sauce.
Tasting note
Fruity, berry nose with aromas of blackberries, blueberries and some herbal notes as well as a hint of black olives. Soft and moderately difficult on the palate with very accessible tannins and a medium-long finish.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested manually at the optimal time of ripening. Gentle maceration, spontaneous fermentation with local yeasts and aging for around eight months in French oak barrels.
