Tasting note
Bright red, very high viscosity. On the nose, fine, fruity aromas of ripe berries, on the palate elegant sweetness, dense fruit. Extremely elegant structure and a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with medium-sweet desserts and chocolate cakes.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at -10 degrees. Pressed immediately and pressed with extreme care.
