Tasting note
Ruby red color with purple reflections. Intense aroma with characteristic notes of ripe fruit such as plum, blackberry and cherry. The taste is soft and full, with a good structure and sweet, well-balanced tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sausages, starters and delicious meat dishes.
Vinification
The Sangiovese is aged for a few months in French oak barrels, followed by blending with Petit Verdot from the steel tank.
