About the wine
Explosive bouquet with notes of red berries and cherries. On the palate, this powerful, beguiling berry aroma again - wrapped in fine, soft tannins. It ends for a long time on the wonderful, quite complex taste.
Tasting note
The Rosso Piceno DOC Infernaccio's distinctive scent spectrum of black pepper, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The striking nuances of red plum, strawberry and fig create their individual texture. Strong body and outstanding acidity result in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with racy pasta dishes, grilled meats, pizza and vegetable casserole.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes go straight to the cellar and are fermented at a controlled temperature (24-26°). The duration of marceration is optimised for the respective grape variety. Afterwards, immediate biological acid degradation.
