About the wine
With the delicious Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, which was produced in 2016, you will definitely have a lot of fun. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Avignonesi masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming Tuscan countryside.

Tasting note
Medium ruby, pleasant fresh aromas of raspberries, pomegranates and sour cherries on the nose. Delicate and supple structure, nice acidity, fine tannins, medium-length, spicy finish. An elegant all-rounder!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meat, selected pasta dishes and cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation for 25 days in stainless steel tanks at 28° C, aging for 8 months in barriques and large barrels, storage in bottles for at least a further 3 months. BIO-DYNAMIC
