About the wine
Via Serta is the name of the street in Tessin where the wines from the eponymous project by Dettling & Marmot, Kaufmann Wine & Drinks and the Tamborini Vini winery are produced. Contemporary, modern and authentic wines that have both legs in Switzerland are rooted.

Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. In the nose of ripe blackberry, cherry and some vanilla. Rich on the palate, with aromas of black cherry, raspberry and herbs. Smooth tannins, pleasant acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef entrecôte or polenta with porcini mushrooms.
