About the wine
The Planeta and Oddo families founded the Serra Ferdinandea winery. Their quality standards are very high. The Serra Ferdinandea Rosé is one of the first three wines from this promising, young winery.

Tasting note
Light salmon pink. Delicate nose with red berries, some melon and floral scent. Clear, elegant, mineral on the palate. A rosé in southern French style.
Culinary recommendation
For an aperitif with puff pastry, with salmon fillet wrapped in puff pastry, with sushi and mild Asian dishes.
Vinification
Separate manual harvest of Syrah and Nero d'Avola grapes. Quick maceration and pressing to the desired shade. After fermentation at 15 degrees, the wines rest on the lees for about three months before being assembled.
