Tasting note
Pure Provence! The wine smells of red berries, tropical fruits, citrus fruits and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and with lots of red berry aromas. The aftertaste is fresh and elegant, just as a rosé should be.
Vinification
The “Clos de l'Ours” vineyard is surrounded by forests and benefits from large temperature fluctuations between day and night. The old vines (on average 50 years old) root deep into the limestone soil and provide the distinctive minerality. The work is carried out according to biological and biodynamic guidelines and vinified with as few interventions as possible, wild yeasts and aging on fine yeast.
