Tasting note
A fleshy pink color in the glass. On the nose, this rosé shows beautiful raspberry and citrus notes. Its minerality and richness, paired with a balanced freshness, round off its profile. A subtle and balanced wine, elegant and digestible. Floral and fruity on the palate, fresh and round.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed directly without coming into contact with the skin. They are then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
