Tasting note
Its color is exceptional: pale rosé with sparkling silver reflections, simply great! On the nose, filigree notes of roses, violets and orange. Refreshingly light-footed on the palate with balanced acidity and a hint of mineral undertone.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish or seafood appetizers, pasta dishes, grilled fish or white meat. It is also recommended with soups, e.g. with a zuppa di pesce.
