About the wine
You are sure to enjoy the delicious Rosato IGT, which was produced in 2017. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Polvanera masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Puglia.
Tasting note
The color is an intensely bright raspberry red. The delicate bouquet is reminiscent of fresh strawberries and raspberries and also shows fine floral notes. Balanced and fresh on the palate, with rich fruit. A complete wine, smooth on the finish with good persistence, not just for rosé lovers!
Vinification
Manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing by temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks.
