About the wine
We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2010 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Rocca delle Macìe conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or pizza with mushrooms.

Tasting note
It has a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, a rich and persistent bouquet with notes of red berries and spices such as cocoa, vanilla and coffee. Its taste is warm and balanced, with a consistent tannin structure that supports the long aftertaste of the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aromatic stews, bean and legume dishes, venison, red meat and racy pasta dishes.
Vinification
18 months of aging in barriques.
