About the wine
Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Agricole Selvi SRL conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. You will certainly enjoy the fine Roccamura Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, which was produced in 2022.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Fruity bouquet with notes of pineapple, citrus and fresh herbs. Tasty fruit on the palate, harmonious body and a characteristic, slightly bitter almond note on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif. It is also an ideal accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes or medium-strength soft cheeses.

Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
