The winemaker from the Italian winery Agricole Selvi SRL masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. Tasting note
Rich ruby red color. Fruity bouquet with notes of cherries and white chocolate. Character: Maremma is a rapidly rising star in the Italian wine scene. Bouquet of blackberries, cherries, cassis and raspberries.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, such as rack of lamb, entrecote, beef tenderloin and game, heavily seasoned pasta dishes or mushroom ragout.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging in oak barriques for 6 months.
