Tasting note
The intense start and the abundance of fruity, berry aromas leave a complex sensory impression on the nose. On the palate, this typical St. Saphorine is just as rich, balanced and mild. The persistent, complex finale shows the character of large terroirs and the quality of the winemaker. A legend in its area.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with amuse bouche, hors d'oeuvre, charcuterie and cheese.
