About the wine
They proudly call themselves the “cradle of Rioja's vineyards” — because Viñedos de Aldeanueva owns the largest proportion of vineyards in the heart of DOCa Rioja.
Tasting note
Color: ruby red with brick red shimmer. Aroma: Fruity on the nose, with notes of dark berries and fruits. Balsamic aromas, in addition to nuances of vanilla and leather. Character: On the palate, this wine is silky and its mineral features give a pleasant structure, which accompanies a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Red meat, excellent with game dishes and mature cheeses.
Vinification
Aging for 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Refining time in the bottle for at least 18 months.
