About the wine
The history of Bodegas Marqués de Reinosa dates back to the second half of the 19th century, when French winemakers settled in Rioja following phylloxera plague in their country. The Marquis of Reinosa, Don Joaquin Garralda Oñate, appreciated the exchange of knowledge, culture and wine technology The dry, warm climate of Rioja Baja leaves the typical character of Marqués de Reinosa wines: The story of Bodega Marqués de Rhigh alcohol content, deep red and intense taste.
Tasting note
Ruby red color. Complex and intense aromas of strawberries and blackberries as well as a fine aroma from barrel aging. On the palate, the wine is smooth, elegant, round and persistent. A wine with good structure and a very long finish.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with pizza, barbecue and polenta.
