About the wine

Tasting note
Pale yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is complex and balanced, with notes of citrus and white flowers. On the palate, this Viura is structured and at the same time very fresh thanks to its well-balanced acidity. The aftertaste is silky, enveloping and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish, risotto, paella, white meat, foie gras and creamy cheeses.
Vinification
This Viura matures on lees for nine months in French barriques. After bottling, it is left to rest in the bottle for at least one year.
