About the wine
Treat your family and friends over Christmas dinner with this outstanding white wine 2020 — Riesling Terra Nostra trocken. Picturesque landscapes of the Rhine Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Johannishof conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Riesling with Asian food or mushrooms.
Tasting note
On the nose, fresh Riesling notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, ripe apple and quince. Dry on the palate with balanced acidity and a light body. The finish is medium-long and is accompanied by citrus fruits and a slight spiciness.

Vinification
After handpicking, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Since no animal products are used in the cellar, all wines in the winery are vegan.
