Tasting note
Yellow-fruited and floral nose with aromas of stone fruit, lemongrass and stone. The palate is straightforward with juicy maturity, depth and a slight saltiness on the finish.
Vinification
The selected and undamaged grapes are gently pressed after manual harvesting. After spontaneous fermentation, it is then fermented slowly and with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is stored on fine yeast until shortly before bottling and thus gains in flavor and richness. Vegan certified.
