About the wine
The stately estate in Flemlingen was owned by the Counts von der Leyen until the 16th century. For eight generations now, the Minges family has managed the property and, according to their own statement, is associated with the fascination of winemaking. Her goal is to skilfully bottle the minerality of the diverse soils and the character of the grape varieties.
Tasting note
Fruity, fresh and slightly creamy Riesling sparkling wine. Very pleasant and balanced palate with fine perlage and a persistent finish.

Vinification
The sparkling wines ripen on the yeast and are shaken by hand bit by hand and then disgorged. This is done in small batches to ensure as long as possible to develop on the yeast and thus a particularly elegant creaminess, but also to always have fresh sparkling wines that exude their youthful charm for as long as possible.
