Tasting note
The Riesling “Schäwer” smells of grapefruit and roses. Great train on the palate, clear, stimulating, dance-like. The racy freshness tastes mineral and slightly herbal.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are subjected to an eight-hour maceration period. After gentle and slow pressing, the wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where it is then stored for ten months on the full yeast (without stirring up the yeast charge).
