Tasting note
Complex Riesling with early ripe notes, but still fresh with notes of citrus, pineapple and lychee, accompanied by ripe pear, quince, honey and fresh herbs. Fresh on the palate with a subtle residual sweetness (7g/L), which is well balanced by the juicy acidity. Pleasant mineral melt, accompanied by aromas of exotic fruits, garden herbs and a subtle note of petroleum. The aftertaste is long-lasting and complex.
Vinification
After handpicking, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. The aging takes place in large oak barrels (1,200 liters). Since no animal products are used in the cellar, all wines in the winery are vegan.
