About the wine
Do you already know the biting white wine Riesling "R De Beyer" with the 2008 vintage? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Léon Beyer greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Alsace countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Riesling with duck or Asian food.
Tasting note
In the nose, we have the scent of white spring flowers such as honeysuckle and young Douglas fir shoots. The palate combines aromas of white peach and citrus, some beeswax and tangerine peel. The distinctive minerality and supportive acidity are typical of these large Rieslings.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, fish.
Vinification
Expansion in large Foudres.
