Tasting note
A dull golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, the fine aromas of baked apple and cinnamon are met, on the palate, the revelation, a soft, creamy structure with yeast notes. A very unusual Grüner Veltliner, which reveals the full aromas after an hour in the carafe.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all hot starters with saltwater fish and veal goulash with white sauce.
