About the wine
The winemaker from the German Weingut Stefan Müller is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Riesling with shrimps or Asian food.
Tasting note
Light green-yellow color with fresh aromas of pear, mandarin, lemon and herbs. This dry Riesling remains slim on the palate with juicy, animating acidity. On the finish, with lots of fresh fruit notes and fine minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with prawns, Indian cuisine and duck.
Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted so that only the best quality is brought to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and refining agents. Whole grape pressing and then spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
