About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Stefan Müller conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Riesling can be served very well with shrimps or Indian cuisine.
Tasting note
The Riesling is delicate on the nose with aromas of citrus, stone fruit and floral notes. Dry on the palate with slightly noticeable residual sweetness, which, however, harmonizes well with the acidity and yet remains juicy. The intensity of the aromas is present on the palate and there are distinct quince, apple and citrus notes, as well as a slight hint of mint and a fine saline minerality in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with mushrooms, Indian cuisine and Asian food.
Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted so that only the best quality is brought to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and finishing agents. Fermentation is carried out exclusively with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
