Tasting note
On the nose, a yellow-fruity cabinet full of citrus and mandarin notes. Light, fresh and elegant with well-integrated sweetness. Citrusy, fine and slender on the palate.

Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted in order to bring only the best quality to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and fining products. Whole grape pressing and spontaneous fermentation until the end of December.
