About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the German Weingut Stefan Müller masters this white wine in the picturesque landscape of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Riesling with Asian food or duck.
Tasting note
Delicate lemon yellow. Smells of mandarin, pear, pineapple and a touch of anise and black tea. On the palate, there is a fine residual sweetness, which maintains its tension thanks to the juicy acidity. On the finish, this Riesling Cabinet is persistent with aromas of citrus fruits and wonderful drinking flow.

Flaschenpöstler is recommended for Asian food, shrimp and Indian cuisine.
Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted so that only the best quality is brought to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and refining agents. Whole grape pressing and then spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
